The cherry blossoms

It's spring break at UW right now.  But a very important event is taking place.

The cherry blossoms on the quad!!  It seems like it's been at its height during spring break week.  Don't know if it's always been that way or if it's climate change or what.

I'd been hearing that it was going on.

I went over to UW to pick up some books.  More people than I would expect during spring break but there's always people around.  Like me.  Then I remembered, cherry blossoms!  The quad was just a short distance away so I went to check it out.

Yes!  And tons of people there because...because...you just have to go there.  Look how many people are there on a spring break morning!  I think this is similar to Japanese cherry blossom behavior.  We were there at cherry blossom time there in 2010 but it snowed instead!
