Seder

I think we are going to have our own seder this year.  It was much easier with Ilana, Janine and Naomi nearby; I had a work force.

Janine and Ilana live far away.  Ilana's been having her own seder and Janine has given it a try (not so easy with two preschoolers).  But Naomi is back in town.  Susanna will make the matzoh soup, her favorite anyway.  Naomi can make the dessert.  Danny can make the hard boiled egg and a vegetable salads.  See we're most of the way there

We could use a few more guests.  so, ya know, speak up.

OK, so I went online and found a seder plate picture with an orange.  But, hmm, I already had some seder plate pictures.  This one was elegant and pretty.  Wait, wait, that was MY seder in 2008.  And it looks darn good.  That's our haggadahs and those are my glasses and that's the camelia from my bush in front.  And an orange.  Who has long fingers, must be Ilana.  It looks completely legit.  Who knew???  I always have that imposter syndrome.  My mother whispering in my ear that I really can't do it right.  Did she really do that?  Yes and no.

So we'll go with that, my seder picture from 10 years ago.  I know I can still do it!

PS  I see that Robert Reich livestreaming from a talk in Town Hall in Seattle.  I follow Robert Reich faithfully.  Dennis says and I wonder myself, why didn't we know about this?
