Birthday Latkes
Susanna wanted to make latkes (potato pancakes) which is customary at Hanukah. And it was her birthday. So, despite current conditions, 8 of us sat down for a dinner of latkes, brisket, applesauce and sour cream. At the same time, here's proof.
And ate and ate. Until every thing was gone. Every time I turned around there were empty platters of latkes or brisket. I barely had time to eat myself! Susanna and Megan, Danny and Jessica and our friends Perry and Laura came.
Very tasty and animated. In case you wondered, it was a SeaHawks game day, actually the playoffs, (they played after dinner and won)/
Fun, we opened a bunch of presents for Susanna and talked to Naomi in Korea via Facetime.
