So here's this year's edition of the Labor Day get-together at Harstene Island of Dennis' family
Harstine, Harstene, nobody seems to know.
When we don't have the kids there or, like now, when the kids are all grown up, it's so hard to date these group pictures because all the middle-aged people kinda look the same.
Dave and Loreen had stayed for a few days and brought their cats. Teddy came along, he's got his head cocked and ears up watching the cameras (?). I'm not sure that people are glad to see him come. But he manages to make friends with people and most everybody ends up throwing the ball a few times. He's not allowed in the cabin generally but my strategy when he just really wants to come in, he gets to come in and is immediately thrown out the back door. What? he wonders, how did that happen?
He hangs around, doesn't run away, wants to be with everybody.
