This house was built in 1973, we purchased it in 1987. So it's 41 years old and we've owned it 27 of those years.
The house is basically the same. Likely the save driveway! The big obvious difference, new and big trees. The beech trees behind us a really big but you can't even see them because the backyard trees are so big. Big enough to kill our lawn which did exist 27 years ago.
Not an exciting house, there's a zillion split entry 70s house around here. But the right one for our family. When we bought this house, I felt like it was the house of my maturity; I couldn't believe my good fortune!
