Dennis and I bought one of those big coupon books from our neighbor to benefit the high school orchestra.
All kinds of little places have coupons in there. The idea is to get you to come into their restaurant and give it a try. A few weeks ago, picked out this mexican place up in Lynnwood. Right near Edmonds Community College. Nondescript place in the middle of a strip mall. Two tables, bunch of counter seats. Mexican kick boxing or soccer on.
I tried the shrimp burrito and Dennis the smothered burrito. Soooo good, we've been back 4 times in the last 3 weeks. Most items priced under $10. Everything we've had there is excellent.
I don't know how well cold mexican food in styrofoam photographs but here's what I took home. The shrimp burrito with cream sauce and vegetables. And check out the guacamole, cubed avocado with apples, celery and peppers. All around yummy.
Went to 2 1/2 tam meetings this afternoon. I'm developing a cold but am looking for ward to my trip to Connecticut on Monday. Finding out what made Maier Zunder tick. Got some materials from the New Haven Public library today. They said they charged $20 plus .50/page to send it. They didn't tell me if was $20 PER article. Oh well, two out of the three articles are new to me so I'm good.
