Photoessay #1086 - Stinson Beach
I work my fourth football game on this October evening. Being an usher is about standing and being there. Sunny and pretty; the weather site says 53 degrees but I don't believe it. Teddy and I just visited the dog park (which always runs cold) about 3 miles away and I felt pretty chilly. Various layering options run through my head. I have to report at 3:30 and won't be out of there until 11:00 likely.
So let's go warm, not even two months ago during our California visiting tour. Stinson Beach, Marin County. With a chilly reputation. But not that day. What a great day to visit the beach! I even went in the water. Plus surfing in northern California.
My cousin Mark, visiting from Italy, and his lovely daughter 20 year old Micolle as we just get to Stinson Beach. Micolle stayed with her grandmother for four more weeks. As always, I'm struck with her poise and grace. And talented.
