Photoessay #320 - Susanna made a stamp

Susanna made me this very cool rubber stamp of the space needle. So nice, I don't even want to put it in a letter box. I could keep it for my personal stamp (I'm SO tempted) or put it in one of my boxes. I'm hoping that she will carve some more for me. We've discussed ideas, northwest themes, evergreen trees, mountains, maybe something softball.

Hand-carved stamps are a big part of letterboxing. But I started without having any. I haven't had a chance to actually look for letterboxes at all these past few weeks.

Hey, we'll be going down to the Weyerhaueser gardens this weekend. I bet, I just bet there's a letterbox there. I will check!

Very cool stamp! Perfect for your city! I guess a corn stock would be a good one for Indiana.
