It's in the books and it was a good one. Here's a group picture (which I insisted on) taken by me of the group just before we started dinner. Ben was late and not in the picture. Our family sans Danny (who had to work), the greater Gellermans and the Garrisons plus Susanna's roommate and her fiance.
We set up two tables side by side in the living room to accommodate the 15 people and used the round table in the dining room as a buffet. Worked great except it was a little tough to get seconds.
I knew the other families would bring lots of food and they did. Spirited and enthusiastic crowd, great food, my favorite holiday
RIP Lanaya Ruth Barnes, she passed away last night in the nursing home where she had lived for 5 1/2 years.
